Boyle has started construction of a new three storey Class 'A' office building in the CAI Office Park. Located on Hausman Road, in South Whitehall Township, the 3 storey 48,000 SF multi-tenant office building will be partially occupied by Computer Aid Inc. Ridgeview Limited Partnership hired Boyle Construction early in the process to provide design/build services. The architect, MKSD, has integrated rich exterior finish such as brick, polished granite, and curtain wall systems. The building computer room features a depressed concrete slab and raised flooring for wire access. The building is schedule to be complete in April 06.
