Professional Profile

Sean has been active in the company throughout his working career from summers during high school and college, to starting full time in 1990. Sean has worked as laborer, carpenter, layout engineer, project superintendent, project manager, Vice President and now President since 1996.

Sean oversees all aspects of the business and its operations, including client development, public relations and marketing. Sean's duties and responsibilities include operations and overall management of all projects beginning with pre-construction through construction and project close out. Sean is highly involved in all pre-construction activities. Sean visits all projects regularly, working closely with the project managers and field staff to expedite, maintain schedules and manage costs. Sean attends weekly progress meetings for all projects as well as maintaining close communications with the client.

Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Science in Engineering from The Catholic University of America. Sean has also worked for a large national firm as a project engineer and a purchasing engineer.

Sean is a co-owner of CodeMaster Inspection Services, Inc. a regional building code inspection firm specializing in Uniform Construction Code plan review and inspections with over 25 municipal clients in Lehigh, Northampton, Upper Bucks and Carbon Counties.
