Professional Profile

Sean has been active in the company throughout his working career from summers during high school and college, to starting full time in 1990.  Sean has worked as laborer, carpenter, layout engineer, project superintendent, project manager, Vice President and currently as President.

Sean has responsibilities for all aspects of the business and its operations, including client development, public relations and marketing. Sean's duties and responsibilities also include operations and overall management of all projects beginning with pre-construction through construction and project close out.  Sean visits all projects daily, working closely with the project managers and field staff to expedite, maintain schedules and manage costs.  Sean attends most all progress meetings for all projects as well as maintaining close communications with the client.

Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Science in Engineering both from The Catholic University of America.  Sean has also worked for a large national firm as a project engineer and a purchasing engineer.
